garlic-soy fried chicken

chicken bon chon.. chicken charlie.. manangs.. 
This is my version of garlic-soy fried chicken!

garlic soy chicken & chinese style fried rice


garlic-soy chicken recipe
soy sauce
oyster sauce
a little vinegar
sesame oil
grated garlic (lot's of it)
brown sugar
water
corn starch
* simmer all ingredients until thick.

chicken cut-ups, salt & pepper and flour
oil for deep frying
*coat chicken with flour and deep fry.

Toss chicken in garlic-soy sauce, top with spring onion and serve. =)
